Two things I built this month (and you can use one for free)

Quick update on what we've been building with AI lately—two projects I'm pretty excited about.

1. An AI that answers your phone (so you stop missing opportunities)

You know those missed calls that slip through? Every single one is a missed opportunity. So I built a system that picks up when you can't.

Here's what it does:

  • Answers questions about your business
  • Books appointments automatically (it checks your calendar for availability)
  • Collects contact info and adds everything to your calendar
  • Forwards to a human if someone asks

I demoed it live for the Hub. Someone called, asked about membership pricing, then booked a tour for the next day—name, email, phone number, all collected and scheduled without me lifting a finger.

And yes, if someone asks, it'll tell them it's an AI. No pretending to be human.

2. Dead-simple digital signage (updated from your phone)

We have TV screens all over the Hub, and I was spending way too much time making videos and messing with Canva to keep them updated. So I built something better.

Now anyone can update what's on the screen in seconds—right from their phone. Scan a QR code, pair the display, and you're in. Add photos, videos, menus, event listings, whatever. It updates in real time.

Works for one screen or twenty. Portrait or landscape. No design skills needed.

Want to try the signage system?

If you've got a screen in your business and want to put it to work, reach out. For the first few people who are interested, I'll set it up for free. Eventually this is rolling into a bigger project (more on that soon), but right now I just want to get it in people's hands.

Got a business problem AI could solve?

If you're looking at something in your business—missed calls, repetitive tasks, clunky processes—and thinking "there's gotta be a better way," let's talk. That's exactly the kind of stuff I love figuring out.

Right now I'm all hands on deck finishing up a marketing-agent for a business that will turn a single person operation into a small firm.
